The use of Asiandater.com is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. Visitors and members of Asiandater.com will be in acceptance to the below stated terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions may be modified by Asiandater.com at any time without prior notice. Members and visitors are responsible for checking the terms and conditions regularly in order to be aware of any changes. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Website.
Definitions
"User" means any person who browses the Web Site;
"We, Us, Our" refers to the owner of the website(s) as described below.
"Web Site" means Our web site at URL www.asiandater.com or www.asiandater.co.uk or possibly any other URLs, that offer the same service to a more specific target group and that you belong to, according to your local area, interests or any other criteria you have entered or selected when you created your profile. The following words have the meaning unless the context requires otherwise:
"Liability" means the Liability for any and all actions, awards, costs, claims, damages, expenses, proceedings or any other losses and/or liabilities;
"Member" means any person that registered to become a member on this online community by completing the registration form.

1. Use of this service
To become a Member you must register with Asiandater.com by completing the required registration form. When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms.
As a member, you are solely responsible for any activity through your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your username and password remain confidential. You may not transfer or resell your membership to any third party.
Information posted by members on their profiles is only a description of how they wish to describe themselves and you should not assume that the information contained in any profile is necessarily correct or accurate. We are not under obligation to verify any information contained in any profile.
We reserve the right to review Your Profile from time to time and to amend and/or delete it if We, in Our sole discretion, think that it should be amended and/or deleted.
Members wishing to arrange meetings with any persons or give out personal contact details through the use of the site do so at their own risk. Measures should be taken to ensure your own safety.
As part of the benefits of being a member we state there are special offers from partners and discounts on Asiandater events. These are on an as and when basis. We are always on the look out for such offers that may be of interest to our members. However, we are under no obligation to provide these benefits and make no guarentess that such offers will be available during any period.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Asiandater.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
You acknowledge that other Users will be able to view Your Profile. However, if you delete or hide your profile it might happen that despite your options, it may still be visible.
Your profile and messages might as well be deleted by accident or technical failure. Do keep copies of your messages, if they are important to you.
2. Eligibility
Members must be 18 years or over in order to use this site. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and you also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions.
Asiandater.com do not take responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of the Site by persons under the age of eighteen in violation of these terms and conditions. Asiandater.com reserves the right to terminate your membership without any refund of existing subscription fee if there is any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member.
3. Registration and Subscription / Scope of Service
You may become a member of the Service at no cost. As a member you will have the ability to participate in some, but not all, of the features and services available within the Service. In order to access additional features and services, including the ability to communicate with other members, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service. Please see our billing details for a description of the current continuous service rates. This rate list is part of this Agreement. We can change the subscription fees for the Service at any time but we will give you reasonable notice of this before we do so. If you are unhappy with any subscription fee changes you may terminate your membership by selecting the appropriate option from the account “Settings” page.
4. Scope of Service
The Service enables you to contact other members. asiandater.com is not a marriage brokering service and is not obligated to successfully broker any other members for you.
5. Recurring Billing
Most subscription plans to the Service consist of an initial period, for which there is a one time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and authorise asiandater.com to levy such charges. ASIANDATER.COM MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORISATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING/EMAIL) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE ASIANDATER.COM REASONABLY COULD ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORISATION OR CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, IF A MEMBER OF PAYPAL GO TO HTTP://WWW.PAYPAL.COM OR CONTACT HTTP://WWW.ASIANDATER.COM. 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE IS DEEMED REASONABLE TO PROCESS A CANCELLATION IF CONTACTING ASIANDATER.COM. AS THE PAYING SUBSCRIBER YOU AGREE THIS TO BE YOUR RESPONIBILITY TO CANCEL DIRECT WITH PAYPAL OR GIVE SUCH NOTICE TO ALLOW ASIANDATER.COM SUFFICIENT TIME TO PROCESS THE REQUEST. NOTE THAT SELECTING THE "DISABLE RENEWAL" OPTION WITHIN MEMBER OPTIONS IS DEEMED AS GIVING NOTICE TO ASIANDATER.COM AND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN THE STATED 30 DAYS. TERMINATION DIRECTLY THROUGH WWW.PAYPAL.COM TAKES IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND NO FURTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN.
6. Current Information Required
YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY ASIANDATER.COM IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELLED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORISED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD. CHANGES TO SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE MADE ON THE PAYPAL WEBSITE. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE ASIANDATER.COM ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT ASIANDATER.COM MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF THE SERVICE UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE SERVICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING).
7. Term
You may terminate your membership at any time by selecting the appropriate account option in the profile “settings” section at any time, effective upon receipt by us of your written or email notice of termination. Asiandater.com reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to the Service for any reason or if you are in breach of our terms and conditions. In either case no refunds will be given for unused subscription fees. Asiandater.com may inform you of this termination at the email address provided at registration but is under no obligation to do so. Please refer to section "5. Recurring Billing" for cancellation of this process. If you terminate your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period through which you had paid prior to your termination. In the case of violation of one or more of the terms of this Agreement by you, we may block your account(s), delete prohibited content, prevent publication of all or part of your profile. We may also block your access to all or part of the Service, either permanently or temporarily.
Asiandater.com may deactivate the accounts of members who have not used the Service for a period of six months or more (as calculated by the date of last connection to the Service) unless you are a paying subscriber.
8. Copyright
Asiandater.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other intellectual property and proprietary information of Asiandater.com, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer display, or sell or re-sell any such intellectual property or proprietary information.
The reproduction, posting or distribution of any copyright material, trademarks or other proprietary information is strictly prohibited and it is compulsory to gain consent from Asaindater.com in order to do so. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, alter or adapt any material on this site for any other purpose other than your own personal and non-commercial use.
The Website is for the personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses or individuals may not become Members in order to use the Service or the Website for any commercial purpose, such as sending unsolicited email or advertising for products or other websites. Unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

c) Asiandater.com may review and delete any content, messages, Asiandater.com Messenger messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the reasonable judgment of Asiandater.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of members.
d) You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish, submit, post or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other members via the Service. You represent and warrant that at any time of posting the Content is (a) accurate, (b) not in breach of this Agreement, and (c) not harmful to any person in any way.
e) By posting Content to any public area of Asiandater.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Asiandater.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide licence to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sub-licences of the foregoing.

h) You shall not include in your member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.
i) You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service or to attend parties or other social functions or networking for commercial purposes. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members.
Although Asiandater.com cannot monitor the conduct of its members off the Website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our members from such advertising or solicitation, Asiandater.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a member may send to other members in any 24-hour period to a number which Asiandater.com deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion.
10. Prohibited Activities
Asiandater.com reserves the right to investigate and terminate your membership if you have misused the Service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate or whose conduct is unlawful or illegal. If we feel that your behaviour towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

You consent to us using this information to build up a profile of interests, preferences and browsing patterns and to allow you to participate in the Services. BY BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE SERVICE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO (i) THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE UNITED KINGDOM; (ii) USE IN THAT COUNTRY; AND (iii) TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES AS MAY BE INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION AND OPERATION OF THE SERVICES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

We reserve the right to take legal action against you, if you should place information on your profile that is against our terms and conditions, immoral, illegal, adult/pornographic or if other members feel insulted by your profile.
If necessary due to technical reasons, we reserve the right to suspend access to this site without notice at any time. We do not accept any responsibility if the site is slow, broken or unavailable at any time.

19. Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
20. Other

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
